We had the unit that sleeps 6 and it was better than expected, we had our own driveway which was good because we had 2 cars. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and the privacy was excellent. There were also 2 bathrooms and the showers were very roomy and water pressure was good. The cleaners were fast and efficient, and the room overall was very clean. There were also layout of the unit was also convenient and easy to het around with a group of 6. The heaters worked well and so dod the air con units which were in each room.

The staff were helpful, and it was a pleasure to meet Billy from Hong Kong, adding joy to our stay in this little city. The room was spacious and clean, featuring a private pool where we had fun with friends. Parking right outside the room was convenient. The TV had Netflix, which was perfect for watching "Lord of the Rings" after visiting Hobbiton. The washroom was also spacious with plenty of room for our belongings, the pressure of the shower is excellent

Very clean warm room with heat pump, good location with supermarkets and shops within walking distance, safe private parking. Despite having somewhat noisy people in the next room, we could hardly hear them in our room, only in the hallway.

Great location. It was easy to walk into town if you needed. The room set up was great and had everything you needed. Nice space to hang out at the end of a busy day.

I stayed at Thermal Oak Motel for two nights with my daughter and niece, and we had a great experience overall. The room was very clean, modern, and spacious — perfect for the three of us. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated having a small kitchenette to make quick meals. The location is really convenient — just a short walk to Rotorua city centre and supermarkets. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Overall it was a Nice experience. The Rooms were clean. I really LOVE the fact there are NO Cushion pillows and that's on the Bed. Also I don't like the Blanket that most motels dress up at the foot of the bed. The reason is, it's not washed between guests. I just like clean white sheets and pillows. So that's what this motel provided.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and this was absolutely perfect for my family and the reason we were in Rotorua. It was very clean, plenty of towels and extra pillows (sounds silly but these are things that are usually missing) however not for this place. Location was perfect ! Everything so close, easy access in and out. Great knowing we had our own carpark right infront of our unit.

Great stay! The reception/manager was lovely and provided me with an extra heater (I am a cold person) and remembered my name each time we saw each other! I was upgraded to a bigger room on arrival. I was able to park my hire car outside my window which was great. You can get change from reception for the laundry facilities. Everything in Rotorua was about a 6 to 10 minute drive from the motel, so it was a great location! I was able to walk to my car hire place (RAD Care Hire 10 - 15 minutes).

Very clear, warm communication from the beginning from the staff. We were able to check in earlier than expected. Our Queen Deluxe room was pleasantly spacious, modern and super clean. Comfortable bed and had everything we wanted. Quiet room at the end of the hallway, motel was very close to the supermarket, on a quiet end of Fenton Street. I would definitely come and stay here again.
